Hilary Trudell has spent her career serving communities, bringing people together, and standing up for our rights and freedoms. She has worked across the country to train community leaders, teach future public servants, and lead organizations that help people work together. Through it all, Hilary has learned that we make real progress when we listen to each other, find common ground, and have the courage to stand up for what matters.

For Hilary, East Tennessee is home. She and her family chose to return here to raise their son near the mountains, communities, and people they love. Now, as a mom and candidate for Tennessee House District 8, Hilary is thinking about the Tennessee her son—and all of our kids—will inherit. She’s running to protect our public schools, support working families, and make sure everyone has a voice in the decisions that affect our lives.

At a time when politics too often divides us, Hilary believes we need leaders who will show up, listen, and work across our differences to build a better future for all of us.
